Jennette's connection with historic homes goes beyond mere appreciation. She has not only owned but lovingly renovated several vintage properties, each with its own unique charm and allure. From an in-town Victorian gem in South Orange, NJ's prestigious Montrose Park Historic District to a spacious condo apartment within the walls of a pre-war building in Jersey City, NJ, boasting a captivating view of the iconic Empire State Building. Her portfolio extends to a mid-century Ranch house tucked away in a quaint Tampa, FL suburb, as well as a charming cottage nestled in the serene landscapes of Bucks County, PA.

Born and raised in the vibrant Philadelphia, PA area, Jennette's story took an exciting turn when she became a 2010 transplant to Virginia. She knows firsthand the challenges and stress that come with relocating to a new region, especially one as diverse and dynamic as Northern Virginia. Her empathetic approach to helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate is a testament to her commitment to ensuring a seamless transition into their new homes.

Jennette's educational background is as impressive as her career journey. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the prestigious School of Visual Arts in the heart of New York City. Following her graduation, she ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, establishing a successful event and floral business in the enchanting Bucks County, PA. Her creativity and attention to detail catapulted her into the high-end Event Design arena in 1998 back in New York City, where she collaborated with the legendary Philip Baloun. Her portfolio includes working with high-profile clientele in the realms of social events, entertainment, and finance.

As a freelance designer, Jennette's work graced the pages of renowned publications such as Bride's Magazine, Martha Stewart's Weddings, and even made appearances on the Martha Stewart TV Show. These experiences honed her skills and eye for aesthetics, which she later leveraged to stage properties for sale in sunny Florida, including multi-million dollar homes in the coveted Florida Keys.

Jennette is a proud member of esteemed real estate associations, including the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Her commitment to professionalism and dedication to her clients are the cornerstones of her real estate practice.

I met Jennette at an open house for one of her other historic listings, and I asked her to keep an eye open for other historic houses. Jennette took the lead on contacting me and learning exactly what we were after, as we had very specific requests.
Jennette went above and beyond to find and get us into our house, sending us several leads until she struck gold with the house we are in now. I would strongly recommend Jennette for your historic (or any other) real estate needs, as we would have never been able to find, let alone be in our new house if it wasn’t for Jennette!
It was her knowledge of a very niche market, her connections, and her persistence that shined bright! Thank you Jennette for getting us our dream house!

We recently purchased a home in Waterford, VA that was listed and marketed by Jennette Taylor of Keller Williams Realty. Jennette has a keen appreciation for historical dwellings and a real passion for preserving history that is evident when you meet her for the first time. She is the real deal and walk the talk when it comes to knowing her market and understanding the real estate business in Northern Virginia.

My personal experience with Jennette has been so pleasant that I would not hesitate to engage her in the future as a realtor, stager or consultant. Jeannette has been endlessly kind and helpful.

If you are looking for a strong personality that combines aggressive marketing with knowledge and integrity then I cannot think of a finer realtor in Loudon County to entrust with your property and your dreams for the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jennette.  She genuinely loves old houses and is able to see their potential, even if they require some work.   Her expertise allowed us to use our limited budget to maximum potential as well as stage the house to show beautifully.  Her attention to us made me feel that I was her only client and I felt confident in her ability to negotiate the best deal for us during the sale.

In early 2013 we decided to sell our Sterling townhouse and try to buy a larger newer one. We also decided to change realtors and give Jennette a try. We are so glad we did!

She met with us regularly at our home and patiently explained everything that we needed to do to get our house ready to put on the market. During the process, we asked her some hard and obscure real estate questions, for which she sometimes she had to do a little research. But she never failed to get us a speedy and accurate answer without any follow up from us. She even recommended a painting crew, who did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

Once the house was ready to go, Jennette then helped us strategize when exactly to put the house on sale and at just the right price. As she predicted, after only two days on the market we had over ten offers! Next, she helped us carefully go over each one and understand which ones were serious “clean” offers. We then quickly sold our house for even slightly more than our listing price.

A few months later, we decided to put in an offer on the townhouse that we were currently renting. The owners were initially very reluctant to sell. But Jennette helped us explore our options to sweeten the deal and address all of the owners concerns without a large additional cost to ourselves. She also helped us find a good mortgage officer after we had trouble with our previous one.

In the end, we got exactly the house that we wanted for a very good price and low interest rates. Throughout the process, Jennette was very pleasant, professional, and fun to work with. It was truly a pleasure to work with her and we can’t praise her enough.
